Chicken farm
A chicken lives an average of 45 days from hatching from the egg until it weighs between 2.5kg and 3kg. It is then taken to the slaughterhouse to be slaughtered and sell its meat.
We turn it into “fast food” and we don’t even know it, because we don’t stop to think about where all that meat that is consumed in homes comes from. And you don’t have to go to McDonald’s to eat «fast food», these chickens in the report are the ones that arrive at the supermarket in plastic trays and are bought to take home and perhaps cook over low heat.
